Yappl Limited is an independent mobile retailer and business telecoms provider based in South Normanton, Derbyshire. The company was incorporated in 2017.
We arrange mobile connections and upgrades on six UK networks, for households through our shop and for businesses across the country. Alongside mobile we provide business broadband and telephony, and we support the accounts we set up rather than handing customers off.
Calls are answered by our own staff here in the UK, and the same team handles sales, account changes and support.
We are not O2, EE, Vodafone, Three, Sky Mobile or Tesco Mobile, and we are not connected to their customer service departments. We are an independent business authorised to sell their connections.
If you hold an account directly with a network rather than through us, we have no access to it. We cannot see your bill, change your tariff, cancel your contract or manage your online account. Only your network can do those things.
Each of these names is a trademark of its owner. We use them only to describe the connections we are authorised to sell.
