This page explains your right to cancel a service taken from Yappl Limited. It sits alongside your legal rights, which it does not affect. For returning goods, see our returns and refunds policy.
Where you buy from us without coming into the shop, for example a connection or upgrade arranged by phone with the SIM or handset delivered to you, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days to change your mind.
If you ask us to begin setting up a connection or service within the 14 day period and we complete it with your agreement, you lose the right to cancel that service, because it has been fully performed. We will make this clear before we start.
A mobile contract is between you and the network. Cancelling a connection is governed by that network's own terms, including any cooling off period they offer, and must be arranged with them directly. We cannot cancel a network contract on your behalf.
Where a cancellation results in a refund, it is paid to the original payment method, normally within 14 days. Full details are in our returns and refunds policy.
